The Bishop of Kasese Diocese Rt. Rev Francis Kibira has urged priests, deacons and Seminarians to be obedient to the Church authorities and their ordinaries and also be accountable to the Church.
His Lordship Kibira explains that has managed to achieve all he has even to the appointment as a Bishop because of obedience to his leaders, God fearing through the intercession of Mother Marry.
He said this while delivering his speech at the 34th St Mbaaga Major Seminary’s Graduation ceremony where about 46 deacons and priests were awarded degrees and diplomas in philosophy.
Bishop Kibira cautioned priests against the habit of being over ambitious for gifts rather to focus on serving the Lord by the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
For those still in the formation centers Bishop Kibira advised them to always listen and implement what rectors and teachers tell them to do.
