The Archbishop of Kampala Dr. Cyprian kizito Lwanga has urged Christians to embrace sacrament of Matrimonial so as to have happy families.
Leading the Eucharistic celebration during the National Family Day held at the Uganda Martyrs Shrine Namugongo Dr. Lwanga challenged Christians to distance themselves from acts which may lead them astray.
He adds that married couples must be faithful to each other for their marriages to last for long thus calling upon married couples to champion the fight against domestic violence.
Dr. Lwanga also graced 29 couples with the sacrament of holy matrimony assisted by Rev Fr. Raymond Kalanzi from Kabulamuliro Parish who advised married couples to always love their faith and put God first in their day today life.
