City Socialite Brian Kirumira alias Bryan White has agreed to exploit out of court settlement in the attempted murder charges against him with his bodyguard corporal Thomas Okoth against his neighbor Victor Bitwire.
Today, his legal team comprising John Bulungu and Rama Omungu told Makindye Chief Magistrate Erias Kakooza that out of court negotiations between the parties were complete and have since submitted papers to the Director of Public Prosecutions Mike Chibita asking for the withdrawal of the charges
State Prosecutor Happiness Ainebyoona had no objection to the defense’s request.
Bryan White 32, a resident of Munyonyo- Buziga together with his bodyguard corporal Thomas Okoth were charged with attempted murder for shooting at his neighbor Victor Bitwire in the shoulder on December 13, 2017.
