Buganda Kingdom is grieving the demise of Princess Beatrice Juliana Muggale who has been an aunt to Kabaka Ronald Mutebi II.

The late Muggale 90, has been one of the care takers of Kabaka Mutebi and breathed her last this morning on her way to hospital in an ambulance.

The late princess was married to the late Stanley Kitaka a son to the late Zakaria Kisingiri who was one of Kabaka Daudi Chwa II care taker and signatory to the 1900 agreement on his behalf.

Her demise has been announced by the Premier Charles Peter Mayiga at Bulange Mengo , who described the deceases as a mentor to the Kabaka over the Kingdom matters.

A six member committee has been put in place to harmonize the burial arrangements led by Owek. Denis Walusimbi Ssengendo the minister in charge of culture and tombs assisted by Owek. Noah Kiyimba, the head of royal family (Ssabalangira) Godfrey Musanje, a family member and a clergy from Namirembe Cathedral. The late has been residing at Kabaka a njagala Kunfudde Mengo Lubaga division.
