The Democratic Party leadership wants the state minister for lands Persis Namuganza sacked for her indiscipline.
The press secretary of the office of the president, Fred Mwesigwa says that Namuganza’s indiscipline humiliates cabinet advising President Museveni to revive his ministerial appointments and demanded Namuganza to apologise to the Kyabazinga of Busoga and Basoga in general over her utterances.
On February 28, while commissioning a bore hole in Ivukula Sub-county, Namuganza accused the speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga of meddling in the Busoga Cultural leadership and threatening to harm her.
