The Katikiro of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga has hailed Trinity College Nabbingo a Catholic Girls School for the positive contribution in nurturing the girl child for Uganda.
Mayiga says Uganda badly needs well founded leaders more so women to spar national development for the country.
Officiating at the Trinity College Nabbingo patron saints day Mayiga challenged schools to help students explore their abilities besides the professional careers that are mainly focused on.
The Vicar general of Kampala Msgr. Charles Kasibante prayed for wisdom, courage and discipline for the girls if they are to attain their goals.
Trinity College Nabbingo a school started 76 years ago has increased on her enrolment, capacity to train girls in both science and art subjects but have put emphasis on talent and innovation to produce girls who fit in the current job demands.
