MENGO TO APPEAL AGAINST COURT RULING ON LAND

Buganda Kingdom has is to appeal against Justice Patricia Basaza’s judgment where she ordered the Kabaka to release all the bank documents to the petitioner Male Kiwanuka Mabirizi.

Addressing the press at Bulange -Mengo, the Kingdom’s Attorney General Daudi Mpanga informs that their application file of appeal will be in court by tomorrow challenging the decision since the Kabaka has a right to privacy and an image to protect.

Mpanga says that the petitioner Male Kiwanuka has hidden intensions and interests which he has failed to reveal.

Yesterday the high court judge Patricia Basaza ordered Kabaka to release all the necessary documents on the bank accounts of BLB to the petitioner Mabirizi in not later than 30th June.
