The Minister without Portfolio Abdul Nadduli has called Buganda Kingdom and the Central government to have a dialogue on the contentious proposed land amendment.

In a press conference at the Office of the President in Kampala, Nadduli believes that it is only through talks that such issues could be resolved instead using media.

Recently, Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II opposed and described the proposed constitution amendment to give government powers to compulsorily take away of private land for public works even when compensation is pending.

However, Nadduli advises Mengo to come up with their proposals on these amendments and submit them to government for consideration.
