Entebbe Chief Magistrates’ Court has charged and remanded a one Godfrey Wamala who is accused of murdering a renown musician, Moses Ssekibogo a.k.a Mozey Radio.

Wamala a resident of kyengera a city suburb was arrested early this week.
Today he appeared before chief magistrate, Mary Kaitesi who read the charges to him.
However he did not enter plea since murder is a capital offence to which the chief magistrates’ court has no jurisdictions to try.
He was remanded to Kigo government prison till the 26th of this month for further mention of the case since investigations are still going on.
Prosecution alleges that Wamala, a bouncer committed the offence on the 22nd of last month at Da bar in Entebbe following a fight that ensued involving the deceased.
Mozey Radio passed away on 1st February 2018 from Case Hospital in Kampala where he was receiving treatment over head injuries and was buried last Saturday at Kagga Nakawuka in Wakiso district.
