The Uganda Manufacturers Association-UMA has today unveiled the 30th edition of the Uganda International Trade Fair scheduled to run from October 2nd-10th 2024 at the UMA Showgrounds Lugogo.
This year’s trade fair will be held under the theme; “celebrating 30 years of industrial excellence”.
While unveiling the plans to the press, the Board Chairman of UMA, Deo Kayemba said that this is not just a key event on their calendar but a critical platform for driving market growth and economic development.
He says for the past 30 years of the trade fair, it has provided a unique opportunity for local and international businesses to connect, collaborate and expand their reach since it attracts exhibitors from various sectors and over 300,000 visitors on average visit the trade fair.
Kayemba explains that as they celebrate the 30 years of the trade fair, they celebrate the pivotal role it has played in shaping the country’s business and economic landscape.
