Fr Raymond Kalanzi encourages community support for vulnerable children this Easter

Teresa Ministries and Post Bank

Rev. Father Raymond Kalanzi, the Patron and founder of Teresa Ministries, has called on compassionate individuals to support vulnerable children during the Easter season.

Teresa Ministries is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing shelter and assistance to children affected by HIV/AIDS and extreme poverty in surrounding communities.

This appeal was made at the Teresa Ministries home in Najjanakumbi, where Fr. Raymond received a generous donation of essential food items and supplies from Post Bank.

The donations included baby formula, diapers, milk, sugar, porridge, soap, and rice.

Fr. Raymond expressed gratitude for these contributions and acknowledged Post Bank for their thoughtful outreach during this meaningful time, urging others to participate in similar efforts.

The donated supplies will significantly benefit the children at Teresa Ministries, enhancing their care and support.

In a related note, Post Bank Uganda’s Head of Marketing and Communications, Priscilla Akora, praised Teresa Ministries for their outstanding work in the community.

The organization provides not only shelter and food but also education and spiritual guidance to children who have been abandoned.

Akora emphasized the importance of supporting children, who are the future of society, and noted that Post Bank’s contributions are part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives under the humanitarian support pillar.

This collaboration between Teresa Ministries and Post Bank highlights the significance of community engagement and collective efforts to uplift vulnerable children, especially during the Easter season a time characterized by charity, hope, and renewal.
