The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, Dr. Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu has advised Christian men to avoid conducting DNA tests on children they doubt.
His Grace Kaziimba says by avoiding DNA tests, men live longer than those who do so and get negative results which discourage them and end up developing different illnesses.
Dr. Kaziimba said this while delivering his first sermon in the newly constructed All Saints Cathedral Nakasero.
He further encouraged Christians not to lose hope on whatever they are striving for since the Son of God that is born today doesn’t forsaken His people.
Meanwhile, the Bishop of Mukono Diocese under the Church of Uganda, Rt. Rev. Enos Kitto Kagodo has appealed to Christians to pray for peace to prevail in the country.
He disclosed this while leading the Church Service at St. Phillips and Andrew Cathedral in Mukono Diocese emphasizing that the birth of Jesus Christ is a clear signal of a person being born to bring peace in the world.
Bishop Kagodo notes that it’s crucial for leaders in Government and politicians in office and the aspiring politicians to ensure that peace prevails in the country.
He says that despite the challenges Christians are going through, they should celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and continue putting their trust in God for Him to continue protecting their families.
