Museveni’s remarks emphasized Pope Francis’s commitment to peace, social justice, compassion, and humility, noting that his efforts resonated with millions and instilled hope among the faithful.
The president commended the Pope’s openness to dialogue with different faiths, citing his alignment with the teachings of Jesus and the spirit of the Good Samaritan.
